A bean recipe for every taste:

Remove the peel from the papaya and cut into very fine sticks. Clean the beans and cut into 1 cm pieces. Cut chili in half, remove seeds and cut off. Coarsely pound papaya, chili and garlic each in small portions, preferably in a mortar or also in a baking bowl: once everything is mortared together, stir in beans, peanuts, dried shrimp and tomatoes and mix well. Season with lime juice chopped palm sugar and soy sauce.

Supplemented with sticky rice and fried chicken, the papaya salad becomes a complete meal.

Tip: If you want to use dried crab tails instead of dried shrimp, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes and chop them. Cook the leaf salad just before eating, otherwise the papaya will lose its firm texture.
