For the grill plate, season the pork chops, chicken breasts and beef medallions with salt and pepper. Peel and quarter the potatoes and boil them in salted water.

Cut the celery and carrots into thin slices or sticks and steam them also in salted water with a steamer. Pepper the whole thing as well.

Then grill the chops, chicken breasts and beef medallions in a pan. Fry the fries and serve with a cocktail sauce.
