Instructions:

Dorati: Make according to basic recipe.

Prepare: Cut peaches about 1cm thick slices, set juice aside. Cut chicken breasts into tender strips.

Filling: Heat oil in frying pan. Fry chicken strips in portions, remove. With the last unit, fry the curry, remove, season. Add chutney, cream and half of the peach slices to the frying pan, bring to boil. Add meat, simmer gently for about 2 min.

Serve: Warm remaining peach slices in juice set aside. Spread the filling evenly on each dorati half, fold over, garnish and bring to the table with the warmed peaches.
