For the plum-grape jam wash plums, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Cut grapes in half, remove seeds.

Puree the plums and grapes with a hand blender, add the jelling sugar, bring to the boil and boil for 8 minutes until bubbling.

Add lemon juice, boil once, immediately pour the plum-grape jam into sterile jars with screw tops and seal well.
