For the grilled vegetables:











Instructions:

First, cut the vegetables into thick pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Sear on hot grill for 4-6 minutes on both sides, keep warm in a grill cup on the edge of the grill.

Remove the steak from the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before grilling – it should be at room temperature.

Just before grilling, salt the meat on both sides.

Dry mix the remaining ingredients together and roll the steak in it.

Sear the steaks on the hot grill over direct heat for about 1 1/2 minutes on each side (for a medium-rare steak).

Brush the meat with a little olive oil while grilling, then let rest on the edge of the grill for 3-4 minutes.

Serve the steaks with the grilled vegetables and spicy BBQ sauce.
