For the melon Prosecco, first peel and core the melons and cut into bite-sized cubes.

Squeeze the limes and immediately mix with the melons.

Add the powdered sugar, stir and leave everything to infuse in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Immediately before serving, pour the iced Prosecco.
