For the cream of pumpkin soup, chop the onions and dice the pumpkin. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds, then chop and also finely chop the garlic clove.

Sauté these three ingredients. Season with cumin and ginger. Then pour in the vegetable soup and cook everything for 20 minutes.

After pureeing, pour in coconut milk and add soy sauce. Arrange the soup and serve.
