Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and the egg liqueur. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold it in. Clean and rinse the strawberries and cut them into slices.

Spread a layer of mascarpone cream on the sponge cake, place a layer of strawberries on top, cover with sponge cake and drizzle with orange juice. Continue in this way until all the cream and strawberries are processed. Strawberries should be poured as the top layer.

Put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for a few hours. Sprinkle with chocolate chips before serving.
