Instructions:

For the applesauce with honey, first cut the apples into small pieces, then boil them with the juice and zest of one lemon, water, cinnamon bark and honey.

Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator overnight (can be longer).

Puree with a hand blender and boil again with a strong shot of rum and pour the applesauce with honey still hot into boiled glasses.
