Instructions:

For the almond milk, first soak the 100 g almonds overnight in a large cup of water. The next day, strain the almonds properly under the tap and add to the 700 ml of water in the blender.

Add maple syrup, honey, etc. as desired, put the lid on and let the blender blend properly for 1 minute.

Meanwhile, prepare a bowl and invert the nut milk bag into it. Open the blender and carefully empty the milk into the bag. Remove bag and squeeze well.

Save the leftover almonds, as these are great to use in baking or for muesli! The almond milk is now ready and can be used as desired!
