For the pasta aglio e olio, cook the pasta in enough water until crisp (do not cook until completely soft). After the cooking time, strain.

Peel the garlic cloves and dice very finely. (Do not press). Heat 5 tablespoons of olive oil, fry the garlic cubes very briefly (!), stir in the garlic powder and add the cooked pasta quite quickly.

Pour in vegetable soup until the noodles are 3/4 covered in water. Simmer well over medium-high heat.

During cooking, stir in a few dashes of chili olive oil and season with salt. Cook until everything forms a creamy sauce.

Sprinkle with chili before serving.
