Instructions:

Peel shallots, finely dice. Zucchini rinse, clean and cut into fine longitudinal strips. Rinse fish fillets, dry, acidify with juice of one lemon, season with salt, pepper. Place zucchini slices on the plaice fillets, sprinkle with shallot cubes and grated cheese. Roll up fillets

roll up and pin with skewers.

Rinse and clean the carrots, remove the peel and cut the greens to two centimeters.Heat the oil, fry the fish rolls and carrots briefly.

Add orange juice and cook at a moderate temperature with the lid closed. Remove plaice rolls and carrots, keep warm. Skin and crush garlic.

Rinse and dry mint and chop finely. In a frying pan, cook garlic

in remaining cooking juices, add cream cheese and heat briefly. Stir in mint and season. In addition tastes e.g. a wild rice mixture.

Tip: Zucchini are a type of pumpkin and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just right for a light meal!
