Instructions:

Sauté the potatoes for 25 minutes. Hard boil the eggs.

Let the potatoes and eggs cool and peel them.

Slice the potatoes and place in a bowl.

Mix hot beef broth with vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Chop radishes and spring onions, briefly rinse sprouts with clear water.

Mix everything with the potatoes.

Roast the sunflower seeds in a coated frying pan without fat.

Mix sour cream, mustard and juice of one lemon. Season with sugar, pepper and salt and add to the potato salad.

Wash the green leaf lettuce.

Arrange the potato salad on it. Cut the eggs in half and place them on top and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
