Preheat oven to 200 degrees (convection oven: 180 degrees). Grease a large gratin dish (20 x 30 cm).

Drain and dice pineapple. Rinse chili pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and chop finely. Peel ginger, grate finely.

Knead meat with chili, eggs, curd, curry powder, ginger, pineapple chunks and salt until well combined. Shape the mixture into an oblong, bread-like loaf, sprinkle with sesame seeds and press them down lightly.

Place the loaf in the mold and cook in the oven at 200 °C for about 45 min, perhaps covering with a piece of aluminum foil after 25 min to prevent the sesame seeds from turning black.

In the meantime, cook pan-fried vegetables according to package directions. Serve with the minced roast.
