Instructions:

For the spaghetti with garlic, tomatoes and parsley, first fry the oil, half of the finely chopped parsley and two cloves of garlic, pressed or finely chopped (do not overheat), until fragrant.

Add the tomatoes and peperoncino and season with salt. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti in enough salted water “al dente” and drain.

Add the remaining parsley and the last clove of garlic (crushed) to the sugo.

Pour the spaghetti into a warmed bowl and spread the sugo evenly over it, stir and bring the spaghetti to the table with the garlic, tomatoes and parsley.
