Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Knead all the ingredients for the bases together and set aside to cool.

Make the crumbles from the ingredients.

Divide the kneaded dough into four parts and roll out four narrow round bases about 28 cm. Spread the crumble evenly on top and bake at 200 °C convection oven for about 15 minutes.

Whip the cream with cream stiffener and vanilla sugar.

Spread three layers with Powidl and whipped cream and layer. Cut the fourth cake layer into 12 pieces. Decorate the cake with whipped cream and put the small pieces in between. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
