For the cod with herb cheese crust, wash the cod fillets and pat dry, then season with salt, garlic and lemon juice.

Mix the cream cheese with the herbs and divide into four portions. Spread each fish fillet with the herb and cheese mixture, wrap in aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes. Serve with rice or parsley potatoes with the cod with herb-cheese crust.
