Instructions:

For the onion soup, cut the onion into fine rings, crush the garlic cloves and fry in oil until translucent. Sauté soup seasoning briefly – add water, salt & pepper. Cook until soft.

Pour the finished soup into plates, put in the sliced bread (white bread also works), cover with cheese and put into the hot oven until the cheese is melted.
