For the spicy tuna pasta with mushrooms, chop tomatoes and peppers. Place in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Cut mushrooms into pieces of about 1 cm and add. Add salt, Italian herbs, pepperoni, vinegar, tuna and garlic.

Cook everything over high heat, stirring constantly, until almost all the liquid is gone. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the cream cheese and stir again (no need to reheat).

Then pour over the pasta and if desired, refine the tuna pasta with mushrooms with a little Parmesan cheese.
