Instructions:

Whip the whipped cream until stiff.

Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a layer of sponge cake, then add a layer of applesauce. Continue layering in this order until both ingredients are used up or the baking dish is full to just below the rim. Cover the surface with the whipped cream.

Refrigerate the tiramisu overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Sprinkle with cinnamon just before serving.
