Instructions:

Peel and rinse the potatoes, boil in cold water with very little salt and cook until tender.

In the meantime, clean, rinse and cook the broccoli.

Mix the cream with a little milk and heat. Season with nutmeg and lemon. Cut ham into small strips, add to the sauce and cook briefly. Drain the broccoli and pour the sauce over it.

Press the potatoes through a potato ricer and serve with the broccoli.

Drink two cups of purifying tea with it.
