Cut pumpkin into several pieces, remove the seeds, free from the peel, slice or nudelig, season with salt, stand for 1/2 hour. Squeeze pumpkin, pour vinegar, add a little beef broth and stew for 10-15 min until soft. Mix flour and sour cream to the pumpkin form and bubble heartily. Finish with parsley. When serving, top with fried bacon.
