For the chocolate cookies, chop the raisins and two thirds of the chocolate. Make a dough with both flours, the margarine and the birch sugar, stir in the cold water and finally mix in the chopped chocolate and the raisin pieces.

The dough is quite soft and sticky.

Line two baking sheets with baking paper. It is best to use an ice cream scoop or two spoons to place heaps of dough on the baking paper at a distance from each other.

Now bake at 180 degrees for about 12 to 16 minutes until the cookies are light brown. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and dip the cooled cookies with the bottom into it and let the chocolate cookies dry on baking paper.
