Instructions:

Defrost the spinach, squeeze very well, mix with curd cheese and season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic.

Roll out the puff pastry on the baking paper according to the instructions on the package, spread the filling on the pastry, roll it up and brush with a beaten egg.

Bake at 170 °C for about 30 minutes.

Arrange the strudel and serve.
