For the horseradish soup, peel the celery bulb and potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut the leek into small pieces as well.

Sauté the peeled and chopped shallots in butter, add the diced celery, potatoes and leeks, deglaze with white wine and fill up with chicken stock.

Then let it boil until soft. Add whipped cream and horseradish, puree and pour through a fine sieve. Finally, season the soup to taste.

Fry the bread cubes in a pan with butter and serve with the horseradish soup.
