For scalloped cauliflower, first boil the cauliflower in salted water until crisp. Then rinse the cauliflower in cold water.
Brush a baking sheet or pan with butter and layer in the cauliflower. Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper and a little nutmeg to taste.
Finally, top with strips of ham and slices of cheese and gratinate the cauliflower at 250°C top heat for about 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
