Stir egg yolks, powdered sugar, marzipan and fat until smooth. Fold in orange zest and flour. Fill the dough into a piping bag with a large nozzle and pipe small heaps onto a greased, floured baking tray. Make sure to space the cookies far apart, as they will spread.
Bake in heated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Melt cooking chocolate in hot water bath and drizzle over the top.
