A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse and clean the beans and cook them with the savory in boiling hot salted water for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, peel and dice the onions.

Stir the vinegar well with salt, sugar, juice of one lemon and cayenne pepper, gradually whisk in the oil and add the onions. Rinse the beans in a sieve, drain and mix with the marinade while still warm. Peel the sausage and cut it into strips. Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry, cut into cubes without the stalks and mix loosely with the beans together with the sausage. Rinse and dry the parsley, chop it and sprinkle it over the lettuce.
