For the plum wine jelly, pit plums, cut into pieces and put into jars.

Mix agar-agar in water. Stir the liquid with wine and cinnamon sticks and sweeten with maple syrup.

Put walnuts on the plums, pour the hot liquid over them, let cool and decorate the plum-wine jelly with sweet tofu cream.
