Ginger Chops with Curry Mango

Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

First make the mango. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the (drained) mango in an ovenproof dish. Mix light butter or butter, sugar and curry and pour over the fruit form. cook in the oven for half an hour. Keep warm until the chops are done.

Score the chops 8 mm deep all around. Stir ginger and garlic together to make a smooth paste and rub it on both sides of the meat, spreading the remaining paste evenly over the chops. Set aside.

Stir sherry or marmalade, wine, soy sauce and sesame oil thoroughly and pour over chops. Just before serving, prepare a broiler. Place the chops on the hottest part of the grill for about 10 minutes, brushing occasionally with sauce and turning occasionally to the other side. The chops can also be cooked in the oven at 180 °C.

Serving: White long-grain rice or black beans.
