For the chocolate sheet cake, melt butter (or margarine) with the chocolate. Beat the eggs and slowly add the sugar.
Then stir in the melted butter-chocolate mixture. Mix almonds (nuts), flour and baking powder and fold in.
Line a baking tray with baking paper or grease the baking tray and spread the batter evenly on it. Bake in an already preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
After removing the cake from the oven, spread the chocolate icing on the cake while it is still warm.
