For the carrot soup, sauté the onion in olive oil. Wash the carrots, cut into wheels, add to the onion and fry briefly.

Pour in the soup and let it steam for about 15 minutes. Then season to taste with the spices, puree and serve in a plate with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
