For the strudel sacks with pike perch, curry and ricotta, first cut the fish into small cubes and mix with ricotta, egg and curry.

Butter the sheets of strudel dough and lay them on top of each other. Cut 10 x 10 cm squares from the dough. Place the dough in lightly oiled muffin tins and press lightly into the hollow, fill with the fish mixture and press the ends together. Brush the strudel sacks with a little butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.

Arrange the strudel sacks with pike-perch, curry and ricotta on a platter and serve while still warm.
