Instructions:

Melt butter, sugar, honey and spices, mix Kaiser soda into the flour. Beat the eggs into the cooled amount and knead together with the flour. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into Printen shape (about 9×4 cm). For glazing, coat with the scalded potato flour or with milk and syrup and sprinkle with rock candy. Bake on the tray at medium heat.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
