Instructions:

Mix soft butter with egg, almonds, sugar, flour, baking powder and lemon juice to a smooth dough, pour the dough into a springform pan (24 cm).

Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool.

Then cut out into a crown, cut in half vertically and brush with jam. Lightly brush the outside with jam as well.

Place the fondant top over the cake and trace a crown. Decorate crown as desired with gold dust and pearls.
