Chicken Breast Fillet with Peach Sauce

Instructions:

Peel peaches (fresh) and cut into wedges.

Sauté finely diced onion in fat until translucent. Add peaches, wine and whipping cream and simmer for ten minutes.

Season sauce with pepper, juice of one lemon, salt, sugar and curry. Remove some peach wedges from the sauce, crush the rest in the sauce with the shovel stick. Repeatedly add the slices to the sauce.

Fry chicken fillets in hot oil, continue frying for 8 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Add roast font to the sauce, season. Cut the meat into slices and serve with the sauce.

Serve with long grain rice.
