Instructions:

Make the pork ribs in a kelomat with a little bit of water, the bay spice, 6 grains of pepper and 6 grains of new spice in about 10 min. Remove the meat from the bones and cut it off. Place the meat in a large saucepan along with the clear soup. Remove the skin from the kohlrabi and also cut into pieces about 2 x 2 cm. Add a small amount of water and 4 tsp. sugar (the stronger the cabbage flavor, the more sugar) and a pinch of nutmeg (freshly grated) and cook in the Kelomat for about 6 minutes. Add to the meat in the saucepan along with the clear soup. Dice the potatoes (about 2 x 2 cm) and cook them with a little salt and water in the kelomat for about 3 minutes. If there is already enough liquid in the pot with the meat and beets, pour off the cooking water and add only the potato pieces. Otherwise pour in the potato with the cooking water. Brown 3 tablespoons of flour (with a touch of butter if desired) in a frying pan and add to the remaining ingredients form.

Bring to the boil, season with salt and pepper.

It is best served with fresh farmhouse bread.
