For the dandelion syrup, wash the dandelion flowers and boil them in a liter of water, remove from the plate and let them steep a little. Strain through a linen cloth.

Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan and add the dandelion water. Add citric acid and simmer until all the caramel has dissolved.

Pour the dandelion syrup into clean bottles while still hot.
