Instructions:

Remove the skin from the onions and cut into cubes, drain the mushrooms.

Mix onions, minced meat, mushrooms, greens, breadcrumbs and spices and put into a gratin dish. Sauté on the middle rack at 250 °C for about 1 hour. Mix whipping cream and gypsy sauce in a saucepan and let it get hot. Put on the table in combination with the meat cake.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
