For the millet-vegetable soup, chop the vegetables, finely chop the onion.
Fry the onion in the rapeseed oil, add the remaining vegetables and fry briefly.
Pour in vegetable soup and add washed millet. Add spices and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Remove the bay leaf and serve in soup bowls.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and chives.
