Boil the milk with the chocolate until the chocolate has dissolved in it. As soon as the milk comes to a boil, stir in the cornstarch-sugar mixture and continue stirring. Remove the pudding from the stove, fold in the almonds and the snow, pour into a suitable bowl and cool.
