For the curry stew, briefly fry the sliced onion in hot oil. Add the meat and fry briefly. Then pour on, salt and pepper.

Add curry and let it steam covered for about 1/2 hour. Add the vegetables and continue to steam, covered, for about 10 minutes.

Whisk together flour and water and stir in. Bring to a boil and serve the curry stew!
