For the spinach spaetzle, defrost the creamed spinach and squeeze it. Mix the spinach, flour, eggs, milk, salt and a little nutmeg.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Place the spätzle sieve on a pot of simmering water. Portion the dough with the pastry card and push it through the holes.

Bring the spaetzle to a boil once, remove the spaetzle floating on top and keep warm until the dough is used up.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the ham, add the whipped cream and white wine and mix.

Season with salt and pepper. Spread the spaetzle in baking dish and pour the ham sauce over it.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake in the oven without a lid for about 20 minutes.

Serve the finished spinach spaetzle best with fresh green salad.
