Instructions:

Cut turkey meat into “Geschnetzeltes”-sized pieces, oil in a frying pan become hot. Turn meat in flour to the other side, sprinkle with curry powder. Place in hot oil and fry on both sides. In the meantime, easily squeeze the oranges.

Douse the meat with the orange juice, add the raisins and mustard, season with pepper and cook a little. When almost all the liquid is gone, turn off the heat, add the crème fraîche. Later, add enough sugar to round out the flavor. Season with pepper or curry if necessary.

The reason that no salt is added in this recipe is that the Cf brand I use already contains enough salt.

The approx. 20 min, in which the meat is in the frying pan, are besides the ideal opportunity to make long grain rice.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
