For creamed pumpkin with Hokkaido from the Thermomix, remove the seeds, wash and cut into 2 cm cubes. Mix the cubes in a bowl with sugar, ½ tsp salt and 3 pinches nutmeg. Then spread the pumpkin cubes in the Varoma container and on the Varoma insert base. Close the container. Peel and quarter the onion and chop in the mixing bowl for 4 seconds / speed 6. Push down with the spatula.

Weigh in the butter and sweat the onion for 2 minutes / Varoma / speed 1. Weigh the meat, tomato paste, soy sauce, soup and 30 g water into the mixing bowl. Place the Varoma container on the mixing bowl and cook the meat and pumpkin for 20 minutes / Varoma / counterclockwise / speed 1.

Then remove the Varoma container and keep warm. Whisk whipping cream, cream and starch, pour into the mixing bowl with the meat and cook for 4 minutes / 100 °C / reverse / speed 1. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Divide the pumpkin vegetables among four plates, arrange the meat strips on top and serve the creamed Hokkaido meat strips from the Thermomix.
