Try this delicious cake recipe:

Spread greased round baking sheet with the puff pastry, prick bottom tightly with a fork. Weigh down the dough with a slightly smaller round baking tray. Bake at 220 °C for about 15 min. After about 10 minutes, remove the smaller baking sheet. Finish baking the base, remove and cool on a rack.

Spread the liquid cake glaze on the base and let it set.

For the filling, whip all ingredients until stiff. set aside a third for the garnish. Mix the rest of the filling with the pistachios and spread evenly on the pastry base. Cut bananas into slices about 2cm thick and place on top like a brick.

Cook the cake glaze according to package instructions. Add juice of one lemon and brush bananas with it on the spot.

Garnish with the filling and pistachios.
