A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Mix yeast, sugar, flour, salt and anise. Add eggs and buttermilk and mix everything together well with the whisks of a hand mixer. Let dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Fold in rhubarb pieces. Bake 4 large pancakes from the dough in turn in a little melted fat Sprinkle with sugar to eat.
