For the tzatziki, grate about 3 to 4 cm of the cucumber into a colander hanging over the sink or directly onto a sheet of kitchen paper.

It is important that the liquid comes out of the cucumber. In the meantime, put the natural yogurt in a bowl, season with salt and white pepper, chop half an onion very finely and add a squeezed garlic clove.

Mix everything well, then add the grated cucumber and mix well again. On top sprinkle some dill. Then put it in the fridge and serve the next day.
