Instructions:

Rinse the pears, peel them and remove the core. Coarsely grate the pears with a raw vegetable grater. Combine the pear grate, juice of one lemon and preserving sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Make the jam bubbling for 4 min and maybe skim off the foam. Fold in the pear brandy and pour the jam into the prepared jars and seal. Good luck
