Instructions:

Mix flour, butter, water and vinegar, do not knead too long. Harden the dough in a cool place.

Roll out to about 1/2cm thickness (fold a few times in between). Divide into pieces about 7×7 cm.

Cut corners, put jam in the center. Place cut corners to the center to make a pinwheel shape. Brush with beaten egg.

Bake at 250 °C until lightly brown.
